VRp Series integrates a revolutionary AC-chopper technology. It uses a dynamic response, high efficiency converter engine, which superimposes a high speed PWM correction voltage waveform on the incoming waveform, through a specially designed buck-boost transformer. In addition, VRp line conditioner features surge and spike control along with EMI/RFI noise control.
In short, VRp Precision Line Conditioner provides complete line conditioning via-dynamic voltage regulation of surges, sags & brown-outs, elimination of spikes, electrical noises & real-time voltage regulation. Because there is no switching or break in the power path, hence it can handle all types of loads with equal ease.
VRp is available in 3 different fluctuation ranges as below:
All TSi- VRp models can be factory preset to provide any desired output voltage between 215 to 240 Volts +1% P-N. Standard machinery protections include high & low voltage cut-off, overload & short-circuit protection. All standard machinery models are provided with a digital voltmeter with selector switch. For ease of replacement, the surge cards and control PCB assemblies are connectorized.
Generally output voltage regulation is +1%, excluding any voltmeter error. Since most of the CNC machines and other industrial loads have a functional range of up to +10% hence VRp will keep on operating your machines over a much wider input voltage range, well beyond its designed range.
The VRp series units are designed with heavy-duty electronics and magnetics to keep working even under extreme conditions at their outer design limits.
